They work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that our international shipping, trucking, warehousing, and Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) services run smoothly. From coordinating logistics to managing inventory and providing exceptional customer service, our Operations Team plays a vital role in driving our success.

Meet Our Operations Team

Our Operations and IT Department is led by the Director of Operations and IT, Micah, who oversees the strategic direction of the team and ensures that all initiatives align with the company’s broader goals. Micah works closely with our President, Colleen, to drive business growth, client acquisition, personnel management, and operational excellence. Additionally, the Operations Director significantly contributes to the Routing operations, ensuring optimal logistics efficiency.

Within the Operations Team are sub-departments: IT, Inventory, and Operations.

IT

The IT sub-department is focused on the ongoing automation of all processes within NEMA Inc. The objective is to minimize human interaction, enhancing efficiency and accuracy across all operational tasks.

The Operations Manager, David, is not only the second in command within the department, but oversees the day-to-day operations and IT. David ensures that all team members are executing their tasks efficiently, each has the support they need, and ensures operations run smoothly across all functions.

Inventory

The Inventory sub-department is responsible for managing all inventory-related activities, ensuring that all products are handled with the utmost care and accuracy. Our two key team members within this sub-department are Shay, Lead Inventory Specialist, and Melinda, Inventory Specialist.

Operations

The Operations sub-department handles routing and customer service across various regions. Davon plays a dual role as both Router and CSR for the Northwest, ensuring the efficient flow of logistics and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Our other key team members are Robyn, who is the CSR for the South Region and Kayla, who is the CSR for the Midwest Region.
