Colleen, President

Colleen’s journey at NEMA exemplifies the company’s commitment to internal growth. From her beginnings as an administrative assistant 18 years ago, her dedication and leadership potential were recognized early on. Today, as President, she guides NEMA’s
strategic direction, setting the tone for a positive company culture and actively participating in employee development initiatives. She’s the guardian of the company culture in keeping it the way our founder, Neal, created it.

Treena, Logistics Director

Treena is a veteran of NEMA (28 years!) with an unmatched depth of knowledge in logistics. She oversees the efficient operation of our warehousing and driving processes, ensuring timely deliveries and optimizing routes for profitability. Her expertise in route optimization and driver management keeps our operations running smoothly.

Michelle, International Operations Officer

With an impressive 33 years at NEMA, Michelle is a true expert in international trade. She has played a pivotal role in expanding NEMA’s global reach, streamlining international shipping processes, and managing vital aspects of customs clearance. Her
vast knowledge of imports, exports, and FTZ has been integral to NEMA’s growth in International Operations and in developing her department for future success.

Micah, Director of Domestic Operations and IT

Micah’s diverse logistics background encompasses air freight, truckload, and freight forwarding. He leverages his knowledge to oversee domestic operations and IT systems. With a focus on automation and process optimization, Micah ensures our teams can focus on tasks that deliver the most value to our customers and NEMA’s success.

Jon, Controller

The newest member of the team, Jon brings a fresh perspective with his deep financial expertise. He brings valuable financial expertise to NEMA, providing clear insights into our revenue streams, cost structures, and overall financial picture. Jon’s contributions have enhanced our financial stability and budgeting strategies.
