What services does your shipping logistics company offer?
We offer trucking, warehousing (both domestic and FTZ), ocean imports & exports, and air freight. We also can do customs clearance, as needed.
How do I get a quote for shipping or storing my goods?
To get a quote for shipping or storing goods, fill out the contact form above and select “Request a Quote,” and complete the required information. One of our team members will respond promptly.
Can I track my shipment in real time? If so, how can I access this information?
Our web tracking can give you updates on your shipment, but it is not real-time. If you need up-to-the-minute tracking, email us at NEMAOps@nemainc.com or call 770-935-7087.
How do you ensure the safety and security of my shipment during transit?
Our warehouse team has decades of experience handling unique products that can require specialized handling and securement. They understand how to load product onto our trailers safely and without damage so that it arrives at the final destination intact and in pristine condition. Our drivers also know how to handle the product with the same care and ensures it is delivered on time and without damage.
Are there any restrictions on the types of goods you can ship or the destinations you serve?
We can handle many types of goods, but we do not handle Hazardous Materials as we do not have the permits for those. We can ship to many destinations worldwide – if you’d like to know if we can handle your shipment, contact us for more information.
How do you handle customs clearance and documentation for international shipments?
We have an International Team on staff that coordinates with our customs broker to get your shipments customs cleared quickly.
Can you assist with special shipping requirements, such as temperature-controlled or fragile goods?
We can handle fragile goods and are experts at it! We do not have refrigerated trailers or warehouse space, so we cannot currently handle these – but we are happy to discuss possible options if you want to contact us.
